For small tasks, we combined a paring knife with a peeler and even snuck in a fish scaler. It’s the perfect prep tool for the camp kitchen or RV. The drop point paring blade is 3.5 inches long. The blade is held in place when open by a standard non-locking slip joint mechanism. The double-action peeler locks in place when open so it can be used either right or left-handed.

A lot of peelers these days take a huge cut out of the vegetable and waste a lot of the vegetable that we only want to clean. This peeler takes a thin cut that is much more friendly! The peeler is quite sharp and easy to use with the substantive handle.
It was a gift
I bought it for a camping kit. Tested it on some veggies and worked great. It will go in the kit.
