A beautiful set of very sharp knives that replaced my old set of Califon. These are very well made attractive tools that will give me years of pleasant services.
I'm just your everyday home cook, been using old knives thought they were fine. I bought these and dang, game changer. I never knew how much easier it would be to cook with proper set of knives on a budget. If your on the fence don't over think it this trio are fantastic.

I've had Elite's for years. We bought these just for our travel trailer. They're not as well made as our others, especially in terms of blade steel and finish but they're decent - we're happy!
