Cook Outside like a pro, with our 6 Inch Folding Chef’s Knife, designed with celebrity Adventure Chef, Adam Glick. We carefully looked at the edge geometry to create the best hand clearance and contact with the board. The wide 6” blade is balanced at the bolster for perfect control while for chopping or slicing, and the edge is ground to a razor sharp 15-degree. An open frame design allows water to flow through the handle slot for thorough and easy cleaning. We have also included a locking mechanism in the handle liner to keep the blade safely in place when in use. The blade is made from German 1.4116 steel so that you can easily re-sharpen your knife and use it for a lifetime.
2 STYLES TO CHOOSE FROM
- Classic stainless blade with carbonized maple handles
- Stonewashed stainless blade with a woven natural fiber handle
CHEF'S KNIFE
- Liner lock system
- 15° Cutting edge
- The German 1.4116 stainless carbon alloy blade resists stains and corrosion, exhibits toughness and durability, holds its edge retention, and is easy to re-sharpen to a razor-like edge.
- Blades are heat treated and cooled to achieve a Rockwell of 57-58

This is a great product idea! Convenient for pack-and-go situations or carry in vehicle for a “just-in-case” cookout. I like the novelty of this folding knife. BUT. . ..Sorry guys, this folding knife should not be called a Chef's Knife . . . it more of a utility knife. The heel is too narrow to execute forward-slide cuts for mincing or chopping efficiently . . . the clearance of heel in finger guard is too small. Also, I was expecting "real" distressed linen on handle. (Wonder if I can file some crisscross lines on this handle for better grip?) LOL. . .. Anyway, I'll be ordering the Maple handle next and hope it's real wood. Overall, I like it. I’ll include it in my knife-pack whenever I'm out in the wild (together with my big knives, just in case).

I liked so much I bought 3 for family and friends
The balance is quite off with the small blade to handle ratio more significant than I thought it would be. The blade is 20% smaller than the handle. Only other concern is the knife locks open often and requires some hard banging to set the release.
Love it!
Fine quality knife that is going in the travelling kitchen. I am very pleased with this purchase. Olivia Teidemann was your ambassador influencing my purchase.
