Kenneth It just happens that the 6” Chef’s knife with the French point is my favorite in that design. The 6” fillet knife is ideal for preparing just caught trout for cooking. That fact that both fold makes for compact knives in storage. The other folding tools are great. The only thing I wish it was a carrying handle for the case.
