Cucinare all'aperto richiede strumenti seri. Abbiamo costruito il nostro Overland Chef Coltello da Chef da 8 pollici per essere robusto e versatile. L'impugnatura in Micarta di tela ultra resistente ha un pomello sagomato e un occhiello per cordino lavorato per una presa sicura e confortevole con qualsiasi compito intorno al campeggio. La nostra affilatura della lama 60/40 sposta peso aggiuntivo sulla lama, mentre il punto clip balistico aggiunge forza alla punta. Nonostante il peso extra, il Overland Coltello da Chef è sorprendentemente reattivo e vivace quando viene utilizzato su un tagliere. Rimanere affilati è fondamentale, quindi abbiamo utilizzato acciaio nitro cobalto che manterrà un'ottima affilatura facile da ripristinare.

I really like the knife but I am disappointed that this knife is advertised and designed for camping/overlanding but doesn’t come with any sort of way to transport. The knife comes in a box and the blade is wrapped in cardboard. The leather sheath is no longer available for this size and the edge guards that are available on the website do not fit well (I called customer service for advice and they said they’d pass along the feedback to the owner). For this price tag, I would have expected something to protect the knife while in transport.
The Craftsmanship was hands down the best. Knife definitely won't disappoint Shipping was even faster than what I anticipated. Ready to order more. .
Got it for my dad he loves it. Light weight, durable and comfortable in the hand.
I fell in love with this knife the moment I saw it. The design, the materials, the aesthetics, its the definition of perfection. So I knew I knew I would end up purchasing it sooner or later. Well, I must not have been the only one who loved it. I had it for 1 week, and during work there was an emergency. I moved it from my cutting board to a safer place with all the house knives, stepped away for 10 minutes, when I came back my knife was missing. I checked everywhere, never found it. So long story short, this knife is a dream, but personally I HIGHLY suggest to buy the guard with the belt loop for safe keeping…..anyway, I’ll never stop saying that Messermiester out did themselves on this piece!!
