The knife cuts perfectly and comfortable to handle
Set is very nice and compact for 1 person. Knives are very sharp, I really like folding option so knives stay sharp and safe for transporting. A second utensil knife in kit would be nice. Cutting board worked great and putting it all knives in a nice case was great. I also bought the 4pc folding steak knife kit.
This set is great and of high quality. The balance of the chef knife is very good especially since it is a folding knife. My adventuring is currently limited to Marriott Hotels and sitting around a coffee table. I think this set should also include a sharpening steel and a short
folding bread knife (but I can always pack my knife roll).
I have several Messermeister's and they are my favorite kitchen knives! We bought this set for my daughter's boyfriend as a graduation gift - he works as a sous chef - and he was elated! They'll be off on some adventure soon and I'm sure they'll love using this set!
