Wir lassen unsere Messermacher kreativ werden, um das perfekte "Allzweckmesser" zu kreieren. Das Ergebnis ist ein bemerkenswert benutzbares Messer, das sich solid in der Hand anfühlt, aber nicht klobig ist. Die kompakte 4,5" Klinge funktioniert wie ein viel größeres Messer aufgrund ihrer geschwungenen Kantengeometrie und des gewölbten Griffs. Der subtile Versatz in der Klinge sorgt für ausreichend Handfreiheit, und die tief gehöhlte Klinge bietet außergewöhnliche Schärfe aus dem 62 Rockwell, Nitro-Kobalt-Stahl. Perfect size
Love this knife! Tons of utility, great feel. I like the heft and weight, but it is stilly easy to manipulate. Highly recommend!
This is an amazing little but not so little knife. Ready for anything. I carry it all day on my campsite as a multi task EDC and as a chef I also use it in the kitchen and outdoor bbq for cooking. It’s sturdy and light at the same time. High quality materials.
I love the blade with its rocking belly, Kiritsuke-like very pointy, precise and solid tip and the high flat grind on the whole blade length is so nice, plus it has a heel on the blade that you don’t get on classic camp knives, it’s the kitchen knife feature of this hybrid knife, it allows chopping and slicing food on a cutting board easily without smashing your fingers. The steel used, even if it’s stainless has a mat finish and a high carbon content that looks and feel great, it has a good edge retention and is easy to sharpen with the advantage of being more resistant to corrosion when used outdoors.
The handle is really nice too, very solid and comfortable and allows both pinching blade cooking grips and also different full hand grips like hammer grip or more precise carving grips. It doesn’t look tacky, that micarta gives it an already vintage look and also has a really stylish shape. Possibility to change or customize the handle scales on the knife’s full tang with the screws rivets is a plus.
The sheath fits perfectly and is easy to wear on a belt. Very nice look over all and beautiful thick leather.
I own and collect a lot of knives and this one has been the nicest surprise I had in a long time.
Highly recommend! It’s a hidden gem on the market for a reasonable price.
